Common Core Vocabulary Homework

Monday	Write each word 4 times each in your Vocabulary Notebook. Be sure to use your best handwriting.
Tuesday	Sentences- Write each of your vocabulary words in a sentence.  (You may change the form of the word ex: allow- My mom allowed me to play on the computer after I finished my homework.
Wednesday	Match the Meaning, Completing the Sentence: -      Choose the word from the box that matches the meaning in the clue.  Write the word on the line. -      Choose the word from the box that best completes the sentence.  Write the word on the line.
Thursday	Study for test tomorrow!

Welcome to Class 2-104!!  My name is Ms. Sullivan and I will be your child's 2nd grade G & T teacher this year.
I hope to have a fabulous year with you and your children!

For starters if you need to communicate with me, you can do so by sending in a note for now.  I have already made appointments with some parents for upcoming parent engagements.

Homework:
Homework will not be posted.  The children will be responsible for copying down the homework daily.
As for homework for the beginning of the year (this week and most likely next week), the hw will be limited because we are still completing assessments.

Homework will be somewhat repetitive so it will be simple for you to follow in case you child forgets something and/or doesn't copy their hw down.  I will go into this further during curriculum night at the end of the month.

** As you can see, I have no more space on Sept 20 and one more spot on the 27th if need be.
